Preparing my files for print   Date: Sunday 07 August, 2005
FAQ Summary:

To ensure the highest quality printing, it is important that you adhere to the accepted file formats and guidelines. Improperly produced files may be rejected causing a delay in you receiving your product.

FAQ Content:
Setting Up Your Files

All Files must include a 1/16" bleed (or border) for cutting purposes. In other words, although your flyer may be 4.25" x 5.5", your image dimensions should be 4.375" x 5.625". Additionally, we suggest keeping all vital or "live" text 1/8" inside the trim lines.

Preparing Your File for Submission

While we review each file, we are not responsible for proofing your work. By submitting an image file to us you certify that it is "ready for print" and will not require any additional changes. If your job is color critical you must request a color proof (Not included in prices). You should prepare two files (One for the back, one for the front). When naming your files for submission please be sure that the file names are no longer than 8 letters and do not contain any line, dashes, spaces or periods, etc.
