Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with your order. No work will proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once your order has been confirmed and your files have been sent to press. No partial refunds for work not completed.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not available on orders unless order is cancelled before files are sent to press. Refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
File Requirements
All images will crop approximately 1/16" to 1/8" in the live image area to allow for bleed.File Guidelines section for more details. We cannot process orders that do not meet the minimum requirements.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround time starts when all elements have been received and your files are determined to be press ready. Orders placed after 6pm EST are processed the next business day. Delivery time is dependant on the shipping method you select. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating the turnaround time.
Turnaround begins when acceptable artwork is provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Waiting for Files" and your turnaround time will be reset.
Turnaround time for accepted artwork is guaranteed. The remedy for failing to meet a deadline is limited to a refund of any rush charges or a courtesy rush on your next order. Cancellation of an order based on turnaround time is only allowed if the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date the customer does not want us to process the order.
We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
Changing Files Once Sent to Press
Once a job has been submitted, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. If the order has not yet gone to press, the sole remedy available is to cancel the order, pay the $25 cancellation fee and place a new order.
Complaints
All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of your job. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we would rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error or defect. The full product order in question must be returned to us.
Color Issues
Color issues can only be disputed with jobs that have a proof attached. Any customer that does not request a proof, or supply a reference, forfeits the right to precise color matching. We reserve the right to determine reasonable color variance. Gang run jobs, quantities over 2,500 that are run in conjunction with other jobs, are not subject to color matching per piece. Customers requesting to not be Gang run will incur the pricing associated with a custom job.
Proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully. If your job is a postcard or self-mailer, you are responsible for being in compliance with current postal regulations. Check with your local USPS Post office.
Sales Tax
All Michigan orders are subject to 6% sales tax. If customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us with the first job.
Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.
You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
Delivery
Quoted turnaround times start when we verify your order, provided we have the photos and artwork needed to print your product, not from when the order is first submitted. Turnaround times vary and are not guaranteed. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
