Important Information when Submitting a Job:

To ensure the highest quality printing, it is important that you adhere to the accepted file formats and guidelines. Improperly produced files may be rejected causing a delay in you receiving your product. If you are not sure if you are preparing your files properly and need assistance please feel free to email one of our representatives.

Acceptable File Formats:
  • JPEG - must be 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format.
  • TIFF - must be 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format.
  • EPS - must convert all text to outlines.
  • PSD - file must be flattened with no layers, 300dpi resolution and CMYK color.
  • PDF - CLICK HERE for a copy of our output settings.

CMYK Color Format Only

We request that you convert your colors from RGB to CMYK if your tools allow you to. By doing it yourself, you have maximum control over the results. You may notice a shift in color when converting from RGB to CMYK. If you do not like the appearance in CMYK, we recommend that you make adjustments while working in CMYK (usually lightening). Generally, you should specify CMYK color builds that look a little lighter than you want, since the dots of ink "fatten up" on press, giving you more pigment on paper than you see on your monitor. Be especially careful to keep backgrounds light if there is black or dark colored text over it, so that the text remains readable.

Setting Up Your Files

All Files must include a 1/16" bleed (or border) for cutting purposes. In other words, although your flyer may be 4.25" x 5.5", your image dimensions should be 4.375" x 5.625". Additionally, we suggest keeping all vital or "live" text 1/8" inside the trim lines.

Preparing Your File for Submission

While we review each file, we are not responsible for proofing your work. By submitting an image file to us you certify that it is "ready for print" and will not require any additional changes. If your job is color critical you must request a color proof (Not included in prices). You should prepare two files (One for the back, one for the front). When naming your files for submission please be sure that the file names are no longer than 8 letters and do not contain any line, accents, dashes, spaces or periods, etc.
